The eastbound lanes of EC Row have reopened after a boat flipped off a trailer.
The incident happened before 2pm and police say the boat ended up in the Expressway’s median.
Officers closed the eastbound lanes around 2:45pm so the boat may be removed.
Traffic was rerouted around the area.
The expressway reopened just before 4pm.
No injuries are reported.
