Windsor police continue to investigate a home invasion in east Windsor.

Police say that around 11:30pm, Monday night, three suspects entered the victim’s home in the 200 block of Watson Avenue.

The 56 year old victim told police that the suspects assaulted him while making a demand for drugs and money.

The victim also told police he was struck in the face with a black pistol.

The three suspects then fled the area, according to police. Nothing was taken from the residence.

The victim required stitches to close a small laceration above his right eye.

The first suspect is described as a white male with black rimmed glasses, the second is a white male wearing an orange and white sweat shirt, blue jeans and running shoes, and the third suspect is only described as being a white male.

The victim sustained non life threatening injuries and has been transported to hospital for observation.

Police say that it is not known if anything was stolen from the residence.

The investigation is continuing.
