The city has another target house on their radar as part of their continuing efforts to rid the city of blight.

This house located at 241 Aylmer has seen the city building department visit nine times in regards to enforcement related conditions to the building and since 2006 there has been three  yard condition complains against the property.

As a result of an assessment  to the building, it was determined in July that the building should come down and an order was served on the owner of the property and no appeals were received from the owner.

The city is seeking councils approval to proceed with the demolition which will cost an estimated $6,520 which will be added to the owners property taxes.
