The University of Windsor began collective bargaining discussions with the Windsor University Faculty Association on Wednesday, May 7th. The association represents more than 850 academic staff including faculty, librarians and sessional instructors.
The University announced its intentions to file for a conciliation officer to be in place to ensure that talks may progress as efficiently and as productively as possible toward the goal of having a new agreement in place by the end of June.
The current contract expires on June 30th, 2014.
