On Saturday, April 20th a Chrysler Intrepid was stopped on Essex County Road 20 in Kingsville for a Highway Traffic Act violation. Two males were located inside the vehicle along with an iPhone and Canadian, United States and European Currency.

The driver of the vehicle was found in possession of marijuana and arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance. The passenger was arrested on outstanding warrants from North Bay.

On Sunday, April 21st the Ontario Provincial Police in Kingsville received a report of a break and enter which occurred at a business in the 1900 block of Road 3 East.

An iPhone and Canadian, United States and European Currency were stolen from the business break in resulting in the charges against the two males from the previous day’s traffic stop.

A 38 year old male from Ottawa was charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.

A 30 year old male from Kingsville, was charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Possession of a Schedule II Substance. He will appear in a Windsor court on May 26th.
