LaSalle Police are looking for a person who might be in distress after several faint 911 calls over night.

Police say the reception was poor and the caller’s voice was faint, sounding like they were having trouble breathing.

Police tracked the cellphone to the area of Malden and Morton Drive.

Officers on foot, on ATV and on bike conducted a search of the area, including neighbourhood homes.

With no success, police called in the RCMP search and rescue plane.

Police have still not yet found the caller. Anyone with information is asked to call 519-969-5210.
