Caesars Windsor will reopen at 9am this morning after it closed late Thursday night in preparation of a possible strike at 12:01am Friday morning.

All gaming and non-gaming amenities including hotel, restaurants and the 9 pm Arrival-Abba tribute show in the Colosseum will once again be available to the public.

The gaming floor had gone silent around 8pm and hundreds in the hotels were forced to relocate to other downtown Windsor hotels while negations continued between the casino and Unifor Local 444.

Caesars Windsor management and Unifor Local 444 have reached a tentative agreement just after 2am Friday.
