OPP have arrested and charged a 51-year-old Windsor man after he got stuck in a private driveway on County Road 22 in Lakeshore.

Police say that at approximately 10:30pm Monday night, they were called to attend the residence and upon arrival found that the vehicle was hung up on a railway tie on the driveway.

The driver of the vehicle, Thomas Dresser was arrested and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of exceeding 80 milligrams on a breathalyzer.

He was released from custody and will be appearing in court in Windsor on March 25th.
