Construction traffic headaches will be starting up soon for those in Belle River for the second straight year.
The Town of Lakeshore is proceeding with phase three of the reconstruction project of the town’s main street, Notre Dame, between Dupuis and Eleventh.
This work will include new sewers and watermains, curbs and road surface, as well as new decorative lights and urban landscaping elements including trees.
Work is set to start right after Easter on April 22nd and should be complete by the end of August or early September.
Total cost of the project is $3,605,387.33. Coco Paving was awarded the contract.
