Windsor Police have recovered two watches and a bottle of perfume after a break-in in West Windsor.

Police were called Wednesday afternoon to the 400 block of Randolph after a witness allegedly saw a stranger exit a home with a guitar strapped to his back.

Police located the man with the guitar in the area of Wyandotte Street West and Randolph Avenue.

Other officers found the door to the home to be unlocked, announced themselves and spoke with a tenant.

Police say the tenant told them he had heard someone enter the residence but thought it was a roommate. The tenant then discovered that a guitar was missing from the front living room.

Officers placed the male suspect under arrest for Break and Enter.

Police say they found a bottle of perfume and two stainless steel watches in the suspect’s possession.

Police are trying to establish who the watches belong to or where they may have come from.

Justin Moxon, 29, is charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property.
