Chatham-Kent OPP have charged a Windsor driver after she was allegedly caught on the 401 with only a G1 driver’s licence and no insurance.

Officers stopped a Pontiac in the westbound lanes of Highway 401 near Kent Bridge Road just before 7pm, Sunday.

As a result of the OPP traffic investigation, the female driver, 22-year-old Sarah Philadelphia, from Windsor, was charged with driving without proper headlights, driving with a G1 licence while unaccompanied by a qualified driver, driving with a G1 licence while on a prohibited highway, driving with a G1 licence with a front seat passenger and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
