A Marshalls store, a Dollar Tree and a Jysk are planned for the site of the old Home Depot behind Devonshire Mall.

Rock Developments recently erected two signs advertising the planned openings for 2015.

A Marshalls location for Windsor falls in line with the company’s recent expansion and grand openings in Victoria, Winnipeg, Moncton, Dartmouth, Niagara on the Lake, Vaughan and Regina.

The company is owned by TJX, which also operates T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, HomeSense and Winners in Canada and the US.

A new Dollar Tree will mark the company’s fourth location in Windsor. The US chain expanded its presence in Canada recently and opened stores on Huron Church, Walker Road and most recently, at Tecumseh and Lauzon Parkway.

Rock Developments is also planning to put a Jysk location at the site.

The developer and companies have not yet been reached for comment.
