Windsor Police are looking to identify a hit and run driver.

On Friday November 22nd around 4:17pm a person crossing Tecumseh Road East at Cadillac was struck by an eastbound Pontiac Grand Prix.

Police say the driver of the vehicle stopped to check on the condition of the pedestrian, and then left the scene northbound on Cadillac Street.

The driver is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 6 feet tall, medium build, brown beard, wearing a brown/tan jacket, jeans and a baseball cap.

The vehicle is described as a hunter green, 2000, Pontiac Grand Prix with shiny chrome rims with the center caps missing.
