The investigation into how a man was killed on Tecumseh Road East could take several days to complete, Windsor Police said Tuesday.

EMS, firefighters and police were called to the intersection of Tecumseh and Roseville Garden Drive just after 2pm Monday.

A 43-year-old man was found without vital signs and rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say the pedestrian was killed when one vehicle hit another, sending one of the vehicles towards the pedestrian who witnesses say was on the sidewalk.

This investigation is being handled by Windsor Police Accident Reconstruction Specialists.
