A commercial alarm that notified police resulted in the arrest of a suspect who allegedly broke into a west end business.

Police were called to an auto business in the 3400 block of Sandwich around 5 this morning and discovered an east facing window was broken.

Officers could hear noises coming from the fenced in business and positioned themselves around the business.

Police say the suspect was observed exiting the fenced in area via a gate and crouching down in an attempt to hide behind a parked vehicle.

Officers approached the suspect, who had a cut on his hand that was actively bleeding, and arrested him.

Three sets of keys belonging to the business were allegedly found on the suspect.

Dylan Kubersheskie, 25 years of age is charged with Break and Enter to a business and Possession of Stolen Property.
