The annual Santa Run event in Amherstburg is now open for registration!
This year some changes have been made as the event has partnered with the River Lights Winter Festival and all of the run participants will be a part of their opening tree lighting ceremonies.
The new 5k route will take runners through beautiful downtown Amherstburg, and as always, participants receive a free Santa suit to wear for the run, including a traditional red jacket, beard, and of course, Santa hat.
The race takes place on November 16th. Registration can be done online at the link here.
Last year’s event raised over $3,000 for our local environment!
