Chatham-Kent OPP have charged a bus driver with distracted driver after a bus passenger alleged the driver was texting and driving.

The bus, which was heading west on the 401, was stopped by OPP pulled the bus just after 2pm Monday.

Police say one of the 58 passengers on the coach bus called police advising that the driver was texting while driving.

Mark Neeb, a 44-year-old London Ontario man, has been charged with driving while using a hand held communications device.
