OPP in Leamington are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the person or persons responsible for a daytime break and enter that occurred on Friday, September 6th between 1pm and 4pm.

It occurred in the 1600 block of Essex County Road 34 East while the homeowner was home, but outside of the residence.

The suspect(s) entered the residence and was able to take a quantity of cash, from inside the residence, as well as the following distinct jewelry:

  • a gold pin with the word “Franca” engraved on the inside
  • a gold pin with the letters “RV” engraved on the inside
  • a gold ladies wedding ring with the word “Franca 65” engraved on the inside
  • a gold men’s ring with the letters “GV” engraved on the inside
  • a matching set of gold necklace and ring with blue stones on both
  • a bracelet with letters “Antonio” on it
  • a bracelet with letters “Denni” on it

Anyone with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this crime, is asked to contact the Ontario Provincial Police in Leamington at 519-326-2544.
