With the majority of polls counted, Percy Hatfield easily won the seat for Windsor-Tecumseh in Wednesday night’s provincial by-election.

With all of the 255 polls reporting, Hatfield received 16,693 votes, or 61.3%.

The Conservative Robert de Verteuil was second and Liberal Jeewen Gill came in third.

The seat in the provincial legislature was held previously by Dwight Duncan and the Liberals until Duncan resigned from effective February 14th of this year.
