Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man in connection with multiple frauds involving several victims.

Police alleged that the man posed as a business man who solicited money from the victims as an advanced payment or deposit for work that was promised to be done around their residence. The man then did not complete the work agreed up.

The fraudulent acts occurred between 2011 through to 2013.

Angelo Novelli age 38 years, of Taylor Trail in Chatham has been charged with two counts of fraud over $5000 and ten counts of fraud under $5000. He has been released pending a future court date of September 10, 2013.
