The International Children’s Games Windsor-Essex starts in ten days and the City of Windsor is hard at work to show visitors a grand welcome.
Dozens of street pole banners have been erected throughout the city over the past several days. You can find them on Dougall, Ouellete, Howard and other busy streets.
