Downtown Plans Parade And Winter Fest For November 30th

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association says that after last year’s resounding success, Winter Fest 2013 would be held in the city centre on Saturday November 30th.
“The community’s response to Winter Fest was astounding,” said Larry Horwitz, Chair of the DWBIA. “Families came out in droves and lined the streets for the parade. We were thrilled and amazed at the reception we received, and we will again attempt to exceed every expectation.”
Officials say that Downtown Windsor will once again be transformed into a winter wonderland featuring a host of favourite family attractions. This year’s parade promises to be bigger and better, showcasing the city’s diversity and pride.
