A new plaza is set to replace a 7-11 store on Tecumseh Road and Central that closed several years ago.
The new plaza will use the existing 2,375 square foot store and additions will be built on either side of 2,050 and 1,110 square feet.
All three units are currently available and there is no word when construction will begin.
