A 35-year-old Kingsville man was arrested after his blood alcohol content was more than 3 ½ times the legal limit.

OPP say that on Saturday afternoon, Kingsville OPP received a report of red Dodge Dakota pick-up truck, driving erratically on Essex County Road 20.

Police were able to locate the vehicle and say that the driver exhibited signs of impairment and empty alcohol bottles were also found inside the vehicle.

Robert Jackson, age 35, of Kingsville was arrested. He was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceed 80 mgs blood alcohol content.

He will appear in a Windsor court on May 8th.
