Just in time for its 5th anniversary as a Caesars location, Caesars Windsor has announced two new restaurants that will open this summer inside the facility.

Caesars is unveiling three new amenities to guests this summer: the global “Original Hamburger” restaurant Johnny Rockets; a NEW cool modern bar adjacent to the casino floor and a marketplace style Italian pizzeria Trattoria Uno.

Also planned, as part of the expansion is a remodel of a customer favourite, the Artist Café, introducing an innovative design, experience and menu.

Kevin Laforet, President and CEO of Caesars Windsor, said, “We are thrilled to partner with a world-renowned brand like Johnny Rockets whose global reputation will be a key driver in attracting new business.

Johnny Rockets, founded in 1986, is home to the “Original Hamburger”. There are nearly 300 corporate and franchise-owned restaurants in 30 states and 20 countries. Each year, Johnny Rockets serves 17 million Hamburgers, 11.3 million soda pops, 8.3 million Shakes and Malts, 8 million pounds of Fries, 2.1 million orders of Onion Rings and 815,000 gallons of ice cream.

Trattoria Uno is a marketplace restaurant for anyone who loves great food that is prepared in a creative way using the best ingredients. The restaurant features hand crafted pasta and pizzas. The service is friendly, quick and tailored to every guest’s expectation for that visit.
