Harrow OPP as seen on Google Streetview

A Harrow man has been charged after allegedly stealing a black metal rack which housed a yellow caution light off a town vehicle.

OPP said the theft was reported on April 4th, after town crews notice the rack was removed from the rear one of the municipal trucks which had been parked in the parking lot at the Harrow arena.

After a thorough investigation, OPP have arrested and charged 23-year-old Todd Carroll of Harrow with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000. The metal rack had been found attached to the truck that he had been driving.

He will appear in a Windsor court on May 14th.
