On May 5th just after midnight, Leamington OPP officers received a traffic complaint at the Burger King restaurant located at 300 Erie Street South in Leamington.

The caller advised police that a grey pickup truck had just left the parking lot of the Burger King and drove over the grass. It had almost hit other cars in the lot and jumped a curve as it swerved in the parking lot.

Officers located the vehicle a short while later travelling westbound on Seacliff Drive, just east of Union Avenue in Kingsville.

The driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and there was open alcohol located in the vehicle.

Adam Sulja, age 35 of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on May 30th, 2013.
