    Removal of an additional 33 houses in the area of H-G Parkway construction is now out for tender.  Houses included in the demolition are in the 1200 block of Chappus and 2500 block of Reddock in Windsor, as well several on the 2700 block of Todd Lane in LaSalle.

    These now-abandoned homes will be demolished and filled in and areas planted with wild seeds and tall grass prairie seeds.

    Work is scheduled to begin May 1st and take up to six weeks to complete.  Prairie seed work is to occur after September 1st.

      Ohhhhh I can hardly wait- just what this area needs more tall weeds grown on purpose. It adds so much appeal to the areas that we see all around the city.
