The 1600 block of Chappell Avenue

Windsor Police have seized nearly a kilogram with of Cocaine and Ketamine from a house on Chappell Avenue.

Police made the bust around 7:30pm yesterday evening at a residence in the 1600 block of Chappell Avenue. Officers seized 445.2 grams of Cocaine and 457.5 grams of Ketamine from the residence with an estimated street value of approximately $80,000.

Police have arrested three men in relation to the investigation. A fourth man is still wanted by police and an arrest warrant has been issued.

Three men, Salwan Yousif aged 34, Fadi al-Harraq aged 29 and Rony Butris aged 26, were arrested.

Yousif is charged with two counts of Possession of a schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

al-Harraq is charged with two counts of Possession of a schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Butris is charged with Possession of a schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Unlawful Possession of Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana

A fourth man, Wasim Yousif age 32, is still wanted by Police. An arrest warrant has been issued for him.
