Kingsville OPP are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest after a woman’s debit card was used without her permission.

Police say a woman reported that she had misplaced her debit card sometime at the end of January. She then noticed that there had been several ATM transactions that she did not authorize.

The photos attached show a male who used that card at two separate locations in Essex County at the end of January. He is described as being white, 25-35 years of age, goatee and a receding hairline.

Police are asking anyone who may recognize this male, to contact Detective Constable Mike Primeau at 519-723-2491.

Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2000.

who misplaces their debit card and doesn’t call their bank to have it cancelled? Instead they wait around until some “unknown” person happens to find it and use it twice before they report anything… oh and how would he have known the PIN for her debit card? seems alittle fishy if you ask me…..
