Two Leamington men have been charged with theft under $5000 after an investigation at the Foodland store at 191 Talbot Street South in Essex this week.

Essex OPP were called to attend the grocery store after a report of approximately $400 worth of meat was stolen from the store.

Richard Teskey, age 41 from Leamington has been charged with one count of Theft under $5000 and Jean Paul Desilets, age 33, also from Leamington, has been charged with two counts of Theft under $5000.

Both parties will appear in a Windsor court on March 19th to answer to the charges.
