Windsor firefighters have put out a fire at the Kenora Motel on Huron Church.
Fire broke out after 7pm in a second floor unit, filling parts of the structure and the attic with smoke.
Firefighters determined the room’s heating unit was on fire and were able to extinguish it after the power was cut.
Crews are remaining on scene for clean up. The official cause of the fire is being investigated. No injuries are reported.
