Windsor Police are seeking the public help into an investigation of a teen that was assaulted on December 4th.

Police say that at approximately 3:45pm on December 4th, a 17-year-old was returning home from school and got off a Transit Windsor bus at the corner of Holburn and Spago Cresent.

An unknown male called out her name and approached her.  The female did not know the male but he called her by name, and she turned and walked away from him.

He followed her and called her by name again suggesting that she knew him, and the female turned to him and told him that she did not know who he was.

Police say that the male suddenly punched the victim in the face causing her vision to blur. Once the female was able to focus again, the male was gone. She did not require medical attention.

The suspect is described as being a male white, no facial hair, 5’9″, with a thin build wearing a black hoodie.

Police are asking anyone with information in relation to this investigation to call 519-255-6700 Ex #4311 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 519-258-TIPS (8477)
