Downtown BIA Moves As New Tenant Moves To Downtown Windsor

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association has moved its offices as of today to 419 Pelissier Street.

“We’ve accomplished a great deal in our former offices and we look forward to a bright future in our home,” Larry Horwitz, Board Chair for the DWBIA, said in the news release.

The DWBIA has increased its footprint in the downtown while saving up to $20,000 a year on rent.

The BIA said in a release that “Southerland Insurance is increasing their presence in the city centre and occupying the DWBIA’s former offices and an additional four vacant properties.”

“Southerland have found the right location for their evolving business and future growth. Their confidence in the core is good news for downtown, and we look forward to welcoming their employees into our businesses,” Horwitz added.
