Want To Buy A School? Two Catholic Schools Offered For Sale To The City

The Catholic School Board is offering two former schools to the City for sale at fair market value.

Both Immaculate Conception Catholic Elementary School located in downtown Windsor at 707-735 Tuscarora Street and St. Alexander Catholic Elementary School located at 5305 Adstoll Avenue are both closed and vacant and have been deemed surplus to the boards needs.

By Law school buildings must first be offered to the municipality before they can be put on the market to sell to the public. A report to city council Monday evening states that the city has no need for either building.
