Windsor Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the driver of a minivan responsible for running over a Tim Hortons employee’s foot.

The incident happened on Wednesday November 14th around 2pm in the alley / parking lot behind Tim Hortons located at 7852 Wyandotte Street East.

A female employee of the store was taking garbage out to a bin behind the store when a dark coloured Chrysler mini-van ran over the employee’s foot.

Police say the employee suffered bruising and tissue damage to her foot. The van stopped for several moments and left the area after the victim returned to the store.
