There will be mashed, french fried, baked and pureed potatoes being integrated as the signature element of a popular fundraising lunch time event to support cancer patients in our region on Thursday. In Honour of the Ones We Love has brought back, by very popular demand, the Potato Fest that will run from 11am to 2pm at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts on Riverside Drive.

This all you can eat spud-tacular costs $10 per person and features a wide array of delicious potato dishes including potato martinis, baked potato bar, fresh-cut fries, salad bar with cold potato salad with all the toppings and fixing you can imagine plus rolls, butter and beverages.

Tommy and Tina Tater will be there to greet guests as well as a number of celebrity / special guest servers. At 11:30am, John Fairley, of St. Clair College will be presenting a check for the proceeds of the Colleges Golf Tournament to Anita Imperioli, President and Founder of In Honour.

Proceeds from the Potato Fest event will go towards purchasing diagnostic and treatment equipment for cancer patient care here in Windsor & Essex County.
