Windsor Police have a man in custody after he pulled out a replica handgun at Legal Assistance of Windsor near City Hall.

The incident happened at 2pm this afternoon. A man entered the Legal Assistance office and was argumentative with an employee working at the desk. The man reportedly pulled out a handgun as he spoke with the worker. He did not point the firearm and left the office.

Police flooded the area and located the man walking in the area of 400 City Hall Square. He was arrested for breaching alcohol conditions.

Windsor Police deployed a K-9 unit in the area and a replica handgun was discovered in some bushes in a small park located on Chatham just West of Goyeau.

No additional information is known at this time. The investigation is continuing.
