The University of Windsor will be holding an open house on Thursday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the Windsor Armouries in Downtown Windsor.
Dr. Alan Wildeman, President of the University, along with project managers, architects and representatives from the City of Windsor will be available to discuss plans for the new downtown campus.
The University says that this event will also be an opportunity for the community to say good-bye to the Armouries in its current, open-air form, as contractors prepares to transform it into part of the Downtown Campus plan that will bring approximately 1,500 students, faculty and staff into the heart of our city in 2014.
