Windsor Police arrested four males ranging from 21 years to 29 years this morning for the possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Just after 3am police say they were alerted by a cyclist about a suspicious blue SUV in the parking lot of the McDonalds Restaurant at Goyeau and Wyandotte.

Police attended the location and saw the SUV which was the only vehicle there. The officers approached the vehicle and could smell marijuana and see smoke pouring out of the slightly cracked windows.

One officer looked into the passenger window and saw a satchel on the lap of the passenger with a large freezer bag of marijuana on his lap. The officer opened the door of the SUV and arrested the male. The other males were also arrested.

Nearly 100 grams of marijuana which was wrapped in several separate baggies was found in the freezer bag along with a large amount of cash and cell phones which were seized.

Psst, drug use of any kind and crime go hand in hand. Also, it’s “ridiculous”. Or, stop smoking weed…

And it’s pretty obvious that these guys weren’t just recreational users but dealers. No sympathy. Although the weed whiners are amusing.
