Fit-City is a challenge for YOU, Windsorites, to take part in at home during the Fit-Life Challenge on windsoriteDOTca.

Hey Fit-City challengers!

So we all have goals in life, and if you don’t, you’d better start. Having and setting goals is so important, we are always setting goals in our classes at Adrenaline Xtreme Fitness, and I love when people tell me they achieved them.  People seem truly proud and its a great thing to see. We have some great workouts, nutrition tips and recipes ahead to share with you all on here. So get ready, set some goals to end 2013 off right!  Get excited and let’s make it happen!!

Today’s challenge is to try to physically write down your present goals every morning and every night: if its on a napkin, notepad, wherever… get it down!   The act of actually writing it down, paper to ink, is an action. You are seeing it and you are going to make it happen.  (Now this challenge is not just for today, but all the days ahead of you!)

So… write down your goals every morning when you wake up and start your new day: this sets you up for a productive day with the right thought process so you can do little things throughout your day to help reach for these goals.   Then, write down your goals every evening before you slip into bed. Once you lay down, think and process these goals, brainstorm and set timelines as you fall asleep.  Doing this is a great practice and a goal in itself to do, however its a simple routine to begin and will be very effective in your life.

There is no goal too big or too small in life and it’s ok to have a whole whack of goals.  So now the key is to work towards checking some of these goals off your list.  This is your life, you can make anything happen if you want it bad enough and work for it.  You can’t wish for it that’s for sure.  Nothing’s better then achieving goals you have set…feels so good…then setting some new ones!
