Monday’s night class was just the women of the Fit-Life Challenge.  They kick some serious butt the whole hour and their determination and passion for this “Life Style Change” is contagious. You go girls!!!  So we wanted to find out the scoop, what’s going on at home, with friends… what advice they have for those of you out there scared or lazy to get your butt in gear.

These girls really are the real deal and we are so proud to train them,  listen to our little interviews we had and leave them a line of encouragement in the comment section below.. they definitely deserve it.  John too.. Steven, well we haven’t seen him in over a week so steven is expected to make up for his absents, we might have to go roam the streets and find him!!  Word is he’s working that Chrysler Tent Sale.. there on Walker, if you happen to see him tell him to do 10 pushups for us!
