Hey Fit-City Challengers , today’s workout is all push ups, it’s an Adrenaline Beginner workout because in time we will not be taking so  much rest between the sets.  So throw a mat or towel down on your floor and pump out these sets with me.  While I’m explaining the next set get off your arms and rest them quick so you can blast out the next set with good form.  You can definitely use your knees for all of these and try to get as low as you can.  If your really beginner then even just getting down an inch or two is okay, you have to start somewhere.  Also make sure to keep your head straight with your vertebra at all times and your goal is to bring your belly button and nose an inch from the grown.

My arms felt awesome after these sets, they had a great little pump going and they were sore the next day.  Push ups also work your core too so if it’s a perfect stomach you want these will help.  You can’t just do crunches and sit ups all day for that.  Kick these sets out with me and leave a comment and tell us how you did!!
