Ok this is a great workout for both men and women, it’s definitely a beginner level so great for everyone to try, you can modify it even more or kick it up a little depending on your level of fitness. Get a mirror next to you if you are feeling unsure of your form, it’s not worth hurting yourself over and we want you in this challenge until the end.
These workouts are going to get much faster as the weeks go on with less instruction throughout as you learn the moves and proper technique. The drills will also increase but you will be ready for them and wanting more.
