Hey Fit-Life Contestants and Fit-City Challengers we hope your having a great weekend, let the training begin!!

Here is  your first workout video we want you to do!  It is a warm up video with some cardio and other moves so that we can teach you how to do proper form while you are training at home and getting fit for the Holidays.   So for the next 2 months we will be posting 2-3 workout videos a week for you to do right at home.  Get your kids involved,  make it a family thing, the kids love this stuff, plus it will teach them the importance of exercise in their life. Let’s get motivated and ready to feel the burn.  This video is a beginners workout so its great for everyone, those that are more advanced just jump higher, get lower and move faster.  As the weeks go on the workout will get harder so get started with us today and stay on track to a new you!

Kick up this workout today, we will have a Butt Blast Workout for you to do tomorrow, we want to hear how you do so leave us some comments below.  Let’s go get off that computer chair of yours this ones only 12 minutes and it will get your body moving and blood flowing.  Get a mirror in front of you if you can to watch your form and do it right!

If your feeling energized keep going past the 12 minutes, more jacks, sprints, push ups and planks.  This is YOUR time to make some changes so let us help you!!
