Everyday we encounter difficult people in our lives, from family members to co-workers and customers right down to our bosses. No matter how hard we try to please them, they just never seem to be happy, but now there is help. 

A full day seminar is being offered on October 24th by Trained By Pros that will provide you with all the skills you need to deal with difficult people!

This full-day skills development program will provide a fun, high-impact, hands-on opportunity to learn the necessary steps and skills required to acknowledge and effectively manage difficult personalities in all professional and personal situations. It will acknowledge associated fears, defensive behaviours, different personality types, responding techniques, and the suggested solution process to effectively dealing with challenging situations.

The goal of this program is to empower individuals with the right skills and techniques to resolve any difficult situations that may arise within professional and personal interaction.
