Windsor Police were called to Vincent Massey Secondary School this morning just before noon as the school received a telephone call indicating there was a bomb in the building.

This is the second bomb threat incident at Massey in a week. The first took place last Wednesday on the second day of school.

Staff and a Police Explosive disposal officer checked the school to find nothing of a suspicious nature and the school was not evacuated during the incident.

Windsor Police say calls of this nature are taken seriously and police are working on determining the origin of the call. They say that anyone found making these types of calls could be charged with the offence of Mischief under the Criminal Code of Canada.
