Police Looking for SUV Driver After Hit and Run on UWindsor Campus

On Thursday September 13th around 4pm, a 22 year old cyclist was riding her bicycle Northbound on Sunset Avenue approaching University Avenue West.
As she entered the intersection, she was struck by a black SUV that was also North on Sunset Avenue making a right hand turn to go Eastbound on University Avenue.
The driver stopped only briefly and then continued Eastbound on University Avenue. EMS attended however the victim indicated that she did not require any treatment at the time. The victim has since attended for medical treatment for discomfort and has learned that she has “subluxation of a rib”.
The SUV is described as being “newer” with an Ontario plate possibly beginning with the letters “EM”.
The driver of the vehicle is described as being an Asian female 20 – 25 years of age, slender build with black shoulder length hair and black rimmed glasses.
