Parking violators will see a slight fine increase when in default at meters and in city lots starting next month.
The City of Windsor is increasing the fines for expired parking meters and city lots as of October 1st.
The price of a ticket will increase $2, from the current $15 to $17.
These is the first increase since 2004, and was approved by City Council during 2012 budget process.
