Windsor Police have charged a 53-year-old driver of an e-bike with running a red light and being intoxicated in a public place after an accident earlier this morning.
Police say that a 2007 Pontiac was eastbound on Giles facing a green light when an e-bike ran the red light travelling south on Goyeau, crashing into the side of the car.
No one was injured, but police say that the car sustained about $500 damage and the e-bike sustained $1,000 damage.
